The hotel has its ups and downs. The rooms were like an average Marriott room with some issues like heating at night, but they eventually cooled down. The service was fast and friendly, although not very informative. The location is nice but can be crowded during the day and a bit far from some amenities. Overall, it's a mixed bag experience.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious with high ceilings, which I loved, but only moderately comfortable. The service was top-notch, with the staff being accommodating and understanding about my pets traveling with me. The location was simply beautiful, offering both a kids' pool with a water slide and an adult pool. The dining experience at Swampers was good, although I found the continental breakfast overpriced. Overall, a great place with some minor drawbacks.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were very nice, spacious, and had a balcony with a great view of the pool and Tennessee River. The service was exceptional, although there was a minor issue with one waitress during breakfast. The location was perfect, right on the river with amazing amenities, although it could get crowded during the day. The dining experience was decent, but the breakfast was a bit limited. Overall, a wonderful experience with a few hiccups.
